We are pleased to offer for rental in 2007, our fully air conditioned 3 bedroom apartment on the Yasmin complex. It is a ground floor apartment on a small popular complex of 36 apartments which were newly built in 2004. It is comfortably furnished and the large swimming pool is only feet away from the verandah. There is a poolside bar with TV and wc which serves snacks and meals as well as cool drinks to refresh you whilst you undertake the arduous tasks of sunbathing and swimming. Communal barbeques are a weekly feature during the summer months. The Yasmin complex, which has secure access for your peace of mind, is situated in a popular yet quiet residential part of Altinkum and is only a 12 minute walk from the resort's golden sandy main beach and the crystal clear Aegean sea.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms:- The master bedroom contains a king sized bed and has a small balcony. The second bedroom contains twin beds as does the third bedroom. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. When used with the bed settees in the lounge, the apartment could accommodate up to 10 people although 6 - 8 is more realistic.
There is a large fully tiled bathroom containing a bath and shower cubicle, wash basin, wc, electric boiler, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The fully equipped dining kitchen includes cooker, microwave and grill, large fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery, glasses and cooking utensils.
The spacious lounge is fully air conditioned and comfortably furnished with 2 large settees (which convert to double beds), a large coffee table, a TV (DVDs only) and a games console.
Bed linen and towels are provided but guests are asked to bring your own towels for the beach. A cleaning service is provided on change overs only; this has enabled us to keep our rental costs to a minimum.
Windows and doors have roll down shutters for your peace of mind, these also help to keep the bedrooms cool during the day. Windows are also fitted with mosquito nets.
The balcony, which has an inbuilt barbeque, contains a patio table with parasol and 6 chairs (with cushions), and has a secure gate with steps which lead directly onto the sunbathing area and poolside. Four sun loungers with cushions are also provided.
The main beach is a mere 12 minute walk away. The nearest shops (which include a large supermarket) and restaurants are literally around the corner. Altinkum has something for everyone; you can stroll along the seafront and stop off for refreshment at any one of the numerous bars and restaurants which line the long promenade. You can relax on one of the 3 sandy beaches or maybe visit Dolphin Square if you would prefer a 'livelier' time. And don't worry about getting back again after your night out as just about every bar and restaurant will offer you a free taxi service should you require it. They will even pick you up from the apartment to start with; all they ask is that you have at least one drink in their bar or restaurant.
Bodrum is the main airport for charter flights (May to October) and Izmir handles mainly scheduled flights. Bodrum is slighty nearer, transfers taking approx 1 hour 15 mins to the resort, around 1 hour 45 mins from Izmir. We can arrange your airport transfer by fully licenced operator if you require, prices are available on request. We can also provide quotations for transfers from Izmir and for self drive car hire should you wish to drive yourself.
A short walk from the apartment will take you to the main road where you can catch a dolmus (local mini-bus) to the magnificent Temple of Apollo situated on the outskirts of Altinkum. Another attraction worth visiting is the aqua park which opened in 2005 and again, is only a short dolmus ride away. Day trips can be arranged to Ephesus, which is the the largest and most complete ancient city in the eastern Mediterranean. Trips by sea are also available from the harbour. Altinkum caters for all needs, from those seeking a quiet relaxing holiday, to the more energetic who want to dance and party until the early hours.

June - £210 per week
July and August - £230 per week
September - £210 per week
October - £190 per week
(weeks which fall into two months are priced according to the first month)
A 5% discount is offered for bookings of 3 or more weeks.
