It is a ground floor apartment on a small popular complex of 36 apartments which were newly built in 2004. It is comfortably furnished and the large swimming pool is only feet away from the verandah. There is a poolside bar with TV and wc which serves snacks and meals as well as cool drinks to refresh you whilst you undertake the arduous tasks of sunbathing and swimming. Communal barbeques are a weekly feature during the summer months.

We are pleased to offer for rental in 2007, our Tac apartment. Tac which is pronounced "Tach" is Turkish for Crown and we certainly feel Tac is a little jewel in Altinkum's crown. It is a 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment in a block of only 6 apartments which were newly built in 2004. It is comfortably furnished and each room overlooks the small private swimming pool which is for the exclusive use of the 6 apartments. The Tac apartments are situated in a quiet residential area of Altinkum and are only a 15-20 minute walk from the resort's golden sandy main beach and the crystal clear blue Aegean sea.
