We are pleased to offer for rental in 2007, our Tac apartment. Tac which is pronounced "Tach" is Turkish for Crown and we certainly feel Tac is a little jewel in Altinkum's crown. It is a 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment in a block of only 6 apartments which were newly built in 2004. It is comfortably furnished and each room overlooks the small private swimming pool which is for the exclusive use of the 6 apartments. The Tac apartments are situated in a quiet residential area of Altinkum and are only a 15-20 minute walk from the resort's golden sandy main beach and the crystal clear Aegean sea.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, both of which overlook the private swimming pool and toddler's splash pool. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and the double bedroom has a small balcony.
There is a fully tiled bathroom containing a shower cubicle, wash basin, wc, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The fully equipped dining kitchen includes cooker, microwave and grill, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery, glasses and cooking utensils.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with a settee (which converts to a double bed), two armchairs, a coffee table and radio/cd player.
Bed linen and towels are provided but guests are asked to bring your own towels for the beach. A cleaning service is provided on change overs only; this has enabled us to keep our rental costs to a minimum.
Windows and doors have grills for your peace of mind and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
The spacious balcony overlooks the pool and sunbathing area and the kitchen table and chairs can be moved outside for those 'al fresco' moments. Two sunloungers are provided for guests.
The main beach is a 15-20 minute walk away, although dolmusus (local mini-buses) can be caught only a few minutes away. These run regularly to all beaches and to Yenihisar which is the old town. The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are only minutes away by foot. Altinkum has something for everyone; you can stroll along the seafront and stop off for refreshment at any one of the numerous bars and restaurants which line the long promenade. You can relax on one of the 3 sandy beaches or maybe visit Dolphin Square if you would prefer a 'livelier' time. And don't worry about getting back again after your night out as just about every bar and restaurant will offer you a free taxi service should you require it. They will even pick you up from the apartment to start with; all they ask is that you have at least one drink in their bar or restaurant.
Bodrum is the main airport for charter flights (May to October) and Izmir handles mainly scheduled flights. Bodrum is slighty nearer, transfers taking approx 1 hour 15 mins to the resort, around 1 hour 45 mins from Izmir. We can arrange your airport transfer by fully licenced operator if you require, prices are available on request. We can also provide quotations for transfers from Izmir and for self drive car hire should you wish to drive yourself.
A short walk from the apartment will take you to the main road where you can catch a dolmus (local mini-bus) to the magnificent Temple of Apollo situated on the outskirts of Altinkum. Another attraction worth visiting is the aqua park which opened in 2005 and again, is only a short dolmus ride away. Day trips can be arranged to Ephesus, which is the the largest and most complete ancient city in the eastern Mediterranean. Trips by sea are also available from the harbour. Altinkum caters for all needs, from those seeking a quiet relaxing holiday, to the more energetic who want to dance and party until the early hours.

May - £130 per week
June - £140 per week
July and August - £150 per week
September - £140 per week
October - £130 per week
(weeks which fall into two different months are priced according to the earlier month)
A 5% discount is offered for bookings of 3 or more weeks.
